With 12+ years of experience across Asia’s F&B industry — from nightlife and resturant marketing in Hong Kong to commercial roles at top global wine and spirits supplies.
Fiona brings a dual lens from both venue and supplier sides. Her strength lies in strategy, storytelling, and a deep network across Hong Kong and Bangkok, making her uniquely positioned to help emerging restaurants and bars grow with impact.
